1. How do we get our phone sim cards? Should we get it in Malaysia or in the UK?
• Look around your accommodation concierge for phone cards. Most uni and private accommodations have options lying around for you to choose. These phone cards often come with the sim and instructions to download the company’s app. From there, you can select the mobile plan of your choice through the app and make the payment.
• In the case that your accommodation does not provide any, head on to your nearby supermarkets such as SPAR / Poundland!
• Ideally, you should get your phone cards done in the UK. However, for when you first arrive, the phone card provided by VFS when you get your visa is also perfectly usable.

2. What telecom companies are available in the UK? Which is the best option?
